Account Executive (AE)
Every client's account is managed by an account executive. This
person remains on your account and manages the technical advice
and service you receive. You do not have to retrain a new service
rep every year as with some brokers. The AE will work with you
to establish a service schedule (frequency of visits, annual priorities
for improving your risk management program, design of submissions
to underwriters). Our account executives average over 10 years
of experience with companies like yours and receive continuing
education on issues faced by government contractors and technology-based
risks.
Account Manager
The account manager supports the account executive and also meets
with you to provide service on current risk management program
needs, gather underwriting information and process renewals, and
provide additional account knowledge.
Customer Service Agent (CSA)
The customer service agent is a licensed agent with average experience
of 5+ years handling accounts like yours. The CSA usually works
from our office locations to manage the administration of your
account in areas like billing, policy issuance, mid-term policy
changes, claims reporting and support, and overall customer service.
Most clients interact with them by phone and email during normal
business hours.
AH&T has a truly distinctive culture.
If you ask the insurance companies about the brokers that represent
them, they will tell you how dedicated we are to understanding
and serving our customers. Each of our employees participates
in our ESOP plan and we enjoy very low turnover. You will not
have to constantly retrain a new service representative. Plus,
their experience with other government contractors may just help
you avoid some potentially costly mistakes.
The first broker with online account accessibility.
AH&T was the first broker in the U.S. to enable every client
to access their account online with us through our agency account
management system. You can log into your account with a user name
and password we will provide and then perform a number of useful
tasks. Many clients enjoy working with our team by phone, email,
or in person, but if you are burning the midnight oil its nice
to know you can still gets answers to common questions.
